“Visual analog scale (VAS) assessments are often used to evaluate Participants’ subjective responses to Potential Reduced Exposure Products (PREPs) developed by the Tobacco industry. Advances in technology are enabling researchers to move from traditional, paper-based data collection, to an e-tablet based methodology resulting in time and cost efficiencies.”
