Healthy Normal Volunteer Studies

Often viewed as a checklist study, phase I trials are important to establish safety, tolerability, dose ranging , cardiovascular safety, food effect and drug interaction information. Designed well these studies can advance drug programs rapidly into Proof of Concept and address issues observed in non-clinical programs.


Work with a medical team that staffs Phase I studies with Emergency Room Physicians as Principal Investigators, paramedics for safety and intense research staff monitoring to ensure safety.


Additionally, HPCTC is located in the Triad Region, inclusive of High Point, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem. The area encompasses 6,000 square miles, one of the largest metro areas in the US, with a population of over 1.6m. The areas is expected to grow approximately 12% annually.
